Christmas opening times
Our telephone lines will be closed over the Christmas period from 1pm Christmas Eve.
If you have been referred for an ENT appointment we will receive these details direct from your GP and we will be in contact with you in due course.
If you require a follow up ENT appointment, microsuction appointment, speak to the team regarding an upcoming appointment, medication or general query please email your name and date of birth to kmicb.ent@nhs.net as emails will be monitored during the Christmas period. Our lines will reopen on Monday 5th January 2026 at 10am. May we take this opportunity to wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR HEARING AID PATIENTS
HiKent are no longer able to support Kent Community ENT hearing aid patients.
If you have hearing aids that were fitted at the Borough Green Medical practice you will not be able to access the hearing aid maintenance clinics for batteries, repairs, domes or tubes.
Where possible we ask that you purchase your batteries from either Amazon or local pharmacy/shop.
We are in the process of setting up a volunteer led hearing aid clinic at Borough Green medical practice. This will take some time so please bear with us.
In the interim, we are able to put tubes/domes and batteries aside at the reception but these requests must be done in advance of collection by emailing us at kmicb.ent@nhs.net or call 01732 887210

This website is designed to help patients with ENT problems who have seen their GP or Nurse Practitioner in West Kent, Medway, Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley and it was decided to refer them to the Kent Community ENT service. This is an NHS community based ENT service run by specialist audiologists, doctors and nurses providing ENT services from community hospitals and GP surgeries.

Appointments
Please email your booking reference number, your name, telephone number and email address to kmicb.ent@nhs.net and we will put you on our waiting list.
Confirmation of your appointment date, time and venue will be via text (from GP surgery, headed ENT or Microsuction Appointment), or letter from the Community ENT team or telephone call.
Please ignore any appointment details from the NHS booking service, this does not link into our booking system.
Imaging Results
If you have been referred for any investigations at the hospital, you will hear from them regarding the appointment. Please note that all imaging results are taking 4-6 weeks to reach us following the date of your scan.
